Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using LUDOCCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information including a valid email address, username, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Guest accounts are temporary and automatically deleted after 7 days.

3. User Conduct

When using LUDOCCA, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Use bots, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages in games
• Impersonate other users or staff members
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the platform for any illegal activities
• Attempt to contact minors in violation of age-based communication restrictions

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

4. Virtual Credits

LUDOCCA uses a virtual credit system for cosmetic purchases. Credits are earned through surveys, tournament prizes, and administrative grants. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or refunded. We reserve the right to modify the credit system at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The LUDOCCA platform, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by LUDOCCA OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content (chat messages, profile information) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

LUDOCCA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Estonian law. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection laws.
