Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Chungungo OÜ handles refunds for paid subscriptions to LUDOCCA. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record on our behalf.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Law)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period ends and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Consent to Immediate Performance

When you subscribe, you may opt in to immediate access by checking "I consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal". This is permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you opt in, you waive the 14-day cooling-off period for that purchase. You may decline this opt-in to preserve your right of withdrawal — in that case access begins after 14 days or when you confirm waiving the period.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not refund the current month, but you will not be charged again.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period (subject to the immediate-performance opt-in described above). In addition, we offer pro-rated refunds at any time during the year, calculated from the date of cancellation.

Pro-rated refund formula

Refund = annual price paid − (number of full months consumed × monthly list price). The number of months is rounded up to the next full month started.

Example

If you purchased Premium Annual at €39 and cancel after 4 months of use: refund = €39 − (4 × €4.99) = €19.04.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can either contact Paddle directly using the receipt link from your purchase confirmation email, or reach out via our contact form and we will coordinate the refund on your behalf.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
