Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law. Annual plans also qualify for pro-rated refunds at any time. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is Ludocca a gambling platform?
No. Ludocca is a pure entertainment platform for traditional skill-based board games. There is no wagering, no real-money prizes, and no monetary rewards tied to game outcomes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus regional payment methods through our payment provider Paddle. Available methods will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Can I play on mobile?
Ludocca runs in any modern web browser, including mobile. Native apps for iOS and Android are on our roadmap.
